– Exclusive UK keg launch of West Coast IPA / Hosted by Chuck Silva Wednesday 23rd July – 7.30pm
Since being established in 2002 by Mike and Lisa Hinkley, Green Flash Brewing Co. has gone from strength to strength in pretty much every way! Most notably the beers but also in brewery size, team, popularity and recognition as well as other areas. These award winning folks have an amazing core range as well as consistently producing great experimental, limited edition and seasonal beers (an example of which is seducing people from the PSBH fridge as we speak)
Please join us for the keg launch of their very successful ‘expedition to brew the benchmark West Coast IPA’ (it’s like the old one but even better!?!) hosted by the Brewmaster himself Chuck Silva.

FOOD – Party in my Pans
A Bristol based authentic Louisiana eating experience, a spicy crawfish boil that is best shared with friends and loved ones in the spirit of good food and good times.
Winner of the Grillstock “Brand Stomping New” competition 2014 and appearing at pop-ups across the country.
The crawfish (or American crayfish) is a regional delicacy and party favourite throughout the southern United States. Unintentionally released into British waterways, and bossing out the native European crayfish, the crawfish is a tasty titbit that you can eat without guilt as you’re helping restore the natural environment.
The crawfish are professionally caught by the lovely guys at The Crayfish Company, where they are graded and delivered live and snapping so that you get the freshest and tastiest with Party In My Pans.

Hopcraft Brewery in Pontyclun, South Wales, has been in full production for just over a year now and has been in the public eye since mid 2012. It is a partnership of Tom Barlow and Steve Lewis from Pixie Springs and Gazza Prescott from Steel City in Sheffield. Together they have opened up a new 10 barrel brewery to fulfil their needs, a place to make Pixie Springs beverages on a bigger scale, and also for Gaz to have a place to make crazy hoppy liquids.
Considering they’re relatively new, Hopcraft have made quite a number of beers. As their name suggests they’re not afraid of using hops liberally and have a tendency to use them well, a good example of this is their highly drinkable Mosaic Plus, this is a common theme throughout their beers. The guys have also made some pretty exciting, quite different beers such as Graveyard Eyes a Sorachi Aci porter that has wowed staff and customers alike. As they are already demonstrating a high proficiency in their hop use and a pioneering attitude towards making new and interesting beers it seems highly likely we can expect more good things from this brewery.
