We were pleased as punch to take home the award for Best Beer Selection at this year’s Manchester Beer Week Awards held at the Marble Arch. Formal Blunders will feature the most recent work by Mat Unsworth in an on going series based in Manchester and the surrounding boroughs. The work is a formal exercise, an attempt to draw beauty or intrigue from a landscape some might find on the surface mundane or unpleasant.

Mat Unsworth is a Manchester based photographer who has been shooting for seven years. He primarily works with 35mm film and the images in this exhibition were all taken in the past year, in the Greater Manchester area.
