– US Beer Showcase 14 – 16 April + La Collina Hot Dog Pop Up, 15 April
Heyyyyy I’m walking here! We’re celebrating… well, not all things American, but some of the better things that our cousins across the Atlantic have managed to do (namely: beer & hot dogs) this weekend with an AMERICAN SHOWCASE.
We’ll be pouring beers from the like of Other Half, Hudson Valley, and Magnify, plus we’ve invited our friends La Collina to come and serve up a selection of dogs on the 15th. See the full menus for each below –
BEER
Other Half
All Citra Everything – 8.5% Imperial IPA – £5.50 1/3
DDH Imperial IPA. A hazy Imperial IPA highlighting a single hop variety, Citra. Notes of lychee and sweet orange. A classic Other Half Citra bomb!
Green City – 6.8% Hazy IPA – £6.50 1/2
DDH hazy IPA. Our flagship IPA, Green City has juicy notes of peach rings, grapefruit, mango, and tropical candies. Loaded with oats for a creamy body that’s not too sweet.
Hudson Valley
Peach Silhouette – 5% Sour IPA – £6.00 1/2
Brunch-style Sour IPA w/ wheat and peach; hopped w/ Citra.
Diadem – 6% Pale Ale – £6.10 1/2
Pale Ale w/ wheat & oat, brewed & dry hopped exclusively with Nelson Sauvin.
Magnify
It’s all relative – 8% DDH Imperial IPA – £6.60 1/2
People often ask us about hopping rates and what exactly it means when a beer is double or triple dry hopped. The best answer is truly that It’s All Relative. This beer is hopped with Waimea and Citra in the whirlpool and double dry hopped with Waimea, Rakau, Galaxy and Simcoe Lupulin Powder.

– Easter Weekend at PSBH
Easter,[nb 1] also called Pascha[nb 2] (Aramaic, Greek, Latin) or Resurrection Sunday,[nb 3] is a Christian festival and cultural holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead – and for this year’s celebration, we’ve got a similarly sensational return: WIZARD KING joins us for a live set from 8pm this Friday (8th). You may remember Wizard King from his memorable Mr. Blobby-themed sets at IMBC last year or, for those of you with memories a little longer, you could perhaps recall the first coming of our lord and saviour (and king of wizards) as he performed at our 7th birthday back in 2018. Absolutely hyped to welcome him back to the stage and, if you’ve not experienced the joy before… here’s a clip of his IMBC set.
Before that though, we welcome DJ Mitre & Papa Burgundy to the saloon for an Easter weekend Thursday (aka honorary Friday) night from 6pm, where they’ll be playing tunes suitable to sip a couple of pints of cask alongside, or to have a little dance (either in your chair or on the floor, your choice tbh). Legends of the scene, we’re happy to have them back too of course, but they were only here about two weeks ago – a resurrection of sorts, we suppose.
Free in, and all the usual. Plus, we’ve got our usual HAPPY HOUR until 4pm on Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Monday, with £4 pints of House Lager, House Pale, Schofferhofer, and Cider, as well as 20% off the entirety of our 7 Cask lines. Hallelujah.
